Meatloaf Platter
Served with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable medley.
Enchilada Plate
2 yellow corn tortillas rolled with cheese, chicken or beef and covered with enchilada sauce and cheese. Served with beans and rice.
Combo Plate
Includes 1 beef taco, 1 cheese enchilada, beans and rice.
Chicken Breast Sandwich
Grilled chicken breast on a roll with Dijon honey mustard sauce and french fries.
Fajita Plate
Grilled beef or chicken sauteed with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms. Topped with guacamole and sour cream served with refried beans, rice and flour tortillas.
Fajita Burro
Grilled beef or chicken, sauteed with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms folded into a flour tortilla. Topped with cheese, guacamole and sour cream.
Taco Plate
Includes 2 beef or chicken tacos, refried beans and rice.
Santa Fe Salad
Grilled chicken breast surrounded by mandarin oranges, jicama and tomato on a bed of lettuce.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing. Garnished with shaved Parmesan, tortilla strips and roasted pumpkin seeds.
Taco Salad
Chicken or beef in a crisp flour tortilla bowl with cheese, green salad, scallions, tomato wedges and guacamole.
All of these entrees are available with Kings Cake for dessert ... our very popular homemade fruit cocktail cake topped with brown sugar, pecans and whipped cream.
