Dine in Sedona
The Dine in Sedona event was created to introduce customers to a wide variety of dining establishments during a 16 day culinary tour of Sedona.
This event gave local foodies and visitors the chance to experience a selection of specially priced meals from a wide variety of Sedona’s restaurants.
Due to the popularity of the Dine in Sedona event, Oaxaca is pleased to annouce we will be continuing this event. Join us all summer long, Monday-Friday for a delicious three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu. You will have the opportunity to select items for each course including an appetizer, entrée and dessert.

Red Rock Enchilada
An overstuffed cheese enchilada, filled with avocado slices & sour cream, covered with enchilada sauce & melted cheese

Layered blue corn tortillas with cheese & enchilada sauce
Southwest Flautas
Shredded beef or spicy chicken with cilantro & chiles, rolled in corn tortillas, served crispy with guacamole & sour cream
Chile Relleno
An oversized poblano chile hand stuffed with cheddar & Jack cheese, lightly battered & fried, covered with Spanish sauce
Chimichanga
A crispy burrito filled with choice of spicy beef, pork or chicken, cov-ered with a mild green chile sauce & melted cheese, served with sour cream & guacamole
Sopapillas Mexicali
Three sopapillas with spicy beef & bean chili or pork adobo, shred-ded cheese, olives & onions, garnished with shredded lettuce, toma-toes & sour cream
Oaxaca Tacos
Two crisp taco shells filled with choice of ground beef, spicy shredded beef or shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cheese
