We bake our bread fresh daily. The salsa and sauces served at Oaxaca are prepared from nature’s finest ingredients – garden and orchard grown. Our famous Mexican Specialties are made daily from scratch from the finest blue corn found on Native American plains of New Mexico and the flavors of premium aged domestic cheeses. Of course we use only select Belgian chocolate in our renowned desserts. The menu is planned by our Registered Dietician, so if you’re in the mood traditional Mexican food, or more modern Mexican eats, come down and “Dine to Your Heart’s Content.”™

HUEVOS RANCHEROS
Yellow corn tortillas topped with eggs, cheddar and jack cheese, smothered with Spanish sauce
RED ROCK ENCHILADAS
An overstuffed cheese enchilada, filled with avocado slices and sour cream, covered with enchilada sauce and melted cheese
BLUE CORN ENCHILADAS
With your choice of cheese, shredded chicken, beef or spinach
SOUTHWEST FLAUTAS
Shredded beef or spicy chicken with cilantro and chilies, rolled in corn tortillas, served crispy with guacamole and sour cream

Two crispy taco shells filled with choice of ground beef, spicy shredded beef or chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese
