THE OAXACA STORY

The origin of our name comes from the state of Oaxaca in the country of Mexico. We at Oaxaca Restaurant are proud to have served you for over three decades. We strive to attain excellence in our food by way of its preparation and presentation. To accomplish this goal, we begin each day by using only 100% cholesterol free pure vegetable oils, no animal fats, as well as no additives and never any lard. We pride ourselves on our "Dine to Your Heart's Content™" menu selections, prepared by our own Registered Dietitian.

We bake our bread fresh daily. The salsa and sauces served at Oaxaca are prepared from nature's finest ingredients – garden and orchard grown.  Our famous Mexican Specialties are made daily from scratch from  the finest blue corn found on Native American plains of New Mexico and the flavors of premium aged domestic cheeses. Of course we use only select Belgian chocolate in our renowned desserts. The menu is planned by our Registered Dietician, so if you're in the mood traditional Mexican food, or more modern Mexican eats, come down and "Dine to Your Heart's Content."™
