THE OAXACA STORY The origin of our name comes from the state of Oaxaca in the country of Mexico. We at Oaxaca Restaurant are proud to have served you for over three decades. We strive to attain excellence in our food by way of its preparation and presentation. To accomplish this goal, we begin each day by using only 100% cholesterol free pure vegetable oils, no animal fats, as well as no additives and never any lard. We pride ourselves on our “Dine to Your Heart’s Content” menu selections, prepared by our own Registered Dietitian. We bake our bread fresh daily. We hand prepare our sauces and salsa from nature’s finest ingredients using only fruits and vegetables that are garden and orchard fresh. We prepare our Mexican specialties daily from scratch. We use only the finest blue corn from the Native American plains of New Mexico. We use only premium aged domestic cheese. And, we use only select Belgian chocolate in our renowned desserts.
